Caramelized Shrimp Ground Pork

Marinate ground pork with white pepper, oyster sauce, soy sauce, chopped up green onions (white part only).

Stir fry ground pepper in oil until slightly browned. Add finely chopped deseeded thai chili, garlic and shallots. Turn up heat and add deshelled shrimp.

Stir fry for 2 minutes and add palm sugar and stir fry until sugar melts. Add fish sauce soy sauce, oyster sauce, kaffir lime leaves.

Add in green onions (green parts), give it a quick stir and serve immediately.
