Korean Tofu and Ground Beef Patties

Add crumbled firm tofu, finely diced chopped carrots, ground beef, white pepper, salt, sesame oil, soy sauce, garlic powder to a big bowl and mix well.

Shape into small patties.

Prepare 2 dipping stations. First is a plate with plain flour. Second is a bowl with 2 beaten eggs.

Dip each patty into the flour first, then into the eggs.

Pan fry the patties. Tastes great even at room temperature.
