Pork with Bean Curd And Red Peppers

Cut pork into thin slices. Marinate with soy sauce, white pepper, corn starch.

Julienne red or green bell peppers. Fine chop garlic.

Stir fry garlic in oil, add pork and stir fry until almost cooked. Add bell peppers. Add dark soy sauce, spicy doubanjang, black pepper, a bit of sugar, oyster sauce and rice wine.

Garnish with cilantro and serve with rice.
